Justin Sperl So a random question from my lil sis Danielle Sperl got me doing some research today... found the only difference between Apple Juice and Apple Cider is that Apple Cider is unpasteurized. Some say that they use ripe apples (the first batch) for Apple cider as well to give it more of a tart taste. Also-stores use this difference for marketing purposes. Next time you buy a gallon of Cider or Juice-look at the price difference (pasteurized vs unpasteurized)--->just a little food for thought :)

Ray Spence Rick is progressing with the new treatment. He had the first infusion of the new (and old) chemo drugs last Friday, and we have started on a new journey. so many people have said they were so disappointed and discouraged that the surgical procedure didn't work. We were disappointed also, but none of us are discouraged or giving up. That is true for Rick and all of us. We have learned that God hears all prayers, but HE may not always answer the way we want. That just makes us pray harder and we always realize that "God Time" doesn't always match up with our time. Rick got on his stationary bike today and rode hard for 15 minutes. The Ironman, with thousands of miles behind him, was as thrilled as if he had done a Century ride. He has started to come back physically and he was never gone mentally. To all of our prayer partners and friends - don't be discourageed. God is still at work and we all need to keep our faith strong. Keep praying for Rick, Karen, Becca, and Annabeth. We love all of you.
