肌だけ荒れました。
元々は洗顔に化粧水、乳液だけしかしてなかった上に朝は水洗いにそのまま化粧しちゃう感じデシタゴメンナサイ
１ヶ月経っても治らなかったので、スキンケアを見直して、口コミサイトみて色々やってみました。
女子力低いんでそんなん当たり前やろ！と思っても心に留めておきましょう。妹に言われまくってるので(ノ△Ｔ)
以下、紹介♪
１．ビタミンB剤を飲む
次の日には吹き出物の炎症が治まった、神やな
２．洗顔フォームを泡立てネットで泡立ててなでるように洗う
泡が気持ちいい、毛穴の黒ずみがなくなってきた気がする、きめ細かい泡だと汚れがしっかり取れるらすぃ
３．洗顔後浄水で顔を拭き取る
水道水（塩素とか）がよくみたいなので浄水をコットンにびっちゃびちゃ含ませて優しくなでる
時間あるときはひたすらバッティング、テレビ見ながらとか
これやると肌がつっぱらないし洗顔も優しくしてるせいか肌質が明らかに違う…
お風呂も浄水だったらいいのかもね
４．化粧水パック
はがせるコットンに化粧水をびっちゃびちゃに含ませて顔にのせ５分くらい放置
浄水でパックでも十分いいかもしれん
５．馬油でコーティング
夜は余ってる美容液つけて馬油つけて終わり
馬油は朝つけて化粧すると化粧の成分も肌に浸透させてしまうらしいから乳液に！
６．プラセンタＣゼリーを食べる
一週間くらい食べても特に効果は感じない…
こういうのは錠剤のがイイ気がする
とりあえず１ヶ月続けてみるぜっ！
これからの目標は
早寝早起き
夜食を控える
